Vegan Matcha Bliss Balls
These nut free bliss balls are the perfect snack or healthy treat after dinner. Filled with only wholesome ingredients they are refined sugar free, vegan and free from dairy/egg and nuts. With no baking required they are also fully raw. The best thing is these little babies take only 5 minutes to make!

Instructions
  1. Process all ingredients except the dates and vanilla extract in your food processor for about 10 seconds.
  2. Add the dates and vanilla extract, blend again for some seconds until the dough holds together when you press it between your fingers. If it is too dry add another date or two.
  3. Use about 1 heaped teaspoon of the dough to roll a ball between your palms. Continue until no dough is left, approx 15 balls.
  4. Roll balls in Everyday Matcha powder.
  5. Store in the fridge.
