These colourful Matcha Doughnut delights were created by Amy Barrett (@chocdaisy) using our Everyday Matcha. Filled only with nutritious ingredients, they are not only delicious but also healthy and guilt free. A perfect treat for children or adults alike, these doughnuts are a must try!

Instructions
  1. Combine the avocado, sugar, rice malt, coconut sugar, milk and oil in blender and process until till smooth.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until just combined.
  3. Pop your mix into greased doughnut tins and bake at 170C for 12 minutes.
  4. Cool on a wire rack.
  5. For the icing mix a little matcha powder with plain coconut yogurt.
